Seriously, turn the TV off and go sit outside for some fresh air.  You can relax and enjoy the company of your loved one.  It’s kinda romantic too.

There’s no need to buy books when the public library is right down the block.  Stop in and borrow a few books.  The upside of borrowing instead of buying is keeping your bookshelf free and clear of clutter!

You don’t have to travel very far to hop on a sailboat, but if you’re the romantic type, save this idea for when you are vacationing at an exotic island.  Charter a sailboat, and surprise her with the opportunity to explore the gorgeous views of the Caribbean/Mediterranean/French Riviera, etc.

After strolling through the park, why not make a quick stop at the pond and feed the ducks.  Don’t forget to bring that leftover bread that’s been sitting on your countertop for the past two weeks.  Think of it as recycling!

No seriously, take her on a hike! If you’re not in any rugged wooded areas, take her for a stroll through a nearby park. You’ll be able to enjoy the weather, get some exercise in and take a break from watching TV.

There are tons of parades going on, so why not attend one? We recommend the Thanksgiving Day parade or better yet, the Veteran’s Day parade – what better way to support the men who fight for your country?  Go.. you’ll feel good about yourself.
